You can ask Ganabell Institute (Bell.mn) to delete your Bell.mn account and the personal data associated with it at any time, in either of the following ways.

Delete your account in the app or on the website

• Sign in to the Bell.mn app or to bell.mn
• Open Profile
• Select Delete Account (Бүртгэл устгах) and confirm

Your account is closed immediately. Your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, password and the link to your Facebook profile are removed from the account.

Request deletion by email

Send your request to info@bell.mn from the email address of your Bell.mn account, or include the name of your Facebook profile if you signed in with Facebook. We will delete the account and its personal data and confirm by email.

Delete data through Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also send the request from your Facebook account:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites
• Find Bell.mn and select Remove
• Send the request to delete your data

We then delete the Bell.mn account linked to your Facebook profile and remove the link to it. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to this page, where you can check the status of your request.

Please note that once an account is deleted, all purchased courses, enrolled packages, learning progress, and access to content are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
